Acceptance of terms

By using monge-method-demo.lovable.app (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the site and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use the Site.

Services

The Monge Method offers individualized fitness and nutrition coaching, including a 16-week transformation program. The Site describes these services; any coaching agreement you enter may have its own additional terms.

Coaching applications

• Please give accurate, honest answers when you apply. You must be 18 or older to apply.
• Sending an application does not guarantee a spot in the program or create a coaching agreement.
• By sharing your email and phone number, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone call, or text message about your application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or email us, to opt out.
• How we handle your application is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Client files and progress photos

If you become a client and share progress photos or documents, you keep ownership of them. We use them only to coach you and never post them publicly without your written permission.

Not medical advice

Content on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program. Individual results vary and depend on many factors; testimonials and photos do not guarantee similar results.

Your responsibilities

• Do not use the Site for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Do not try to disrupt, hack, or overload the Site.
• Do not copy or scrape Site content without permission.

Intellectual property

All Site content — including text, logos, photos, video, and illustrations — belongs to The Monge Method or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Site includes third-party content such as Vimeo video and links to Instagram. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, which have their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Monge Method is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnification

Termination

We may restrict or end your access to the Site at any time if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Fresno County, California.
